Projects

Current missions projects are focused on creating audio ministry resources that are digitally uploaded to our Solar Powered Audio Players! These devices are particularly useful for specific demographics and those in remote and/or suppressed geographical areas.

Examples of some of our projects include creating content, uploading the files to the devices, and sending them to Native Alaskan children in foster-care, the war-torn country of Burma, and to ministries in the Philippines.

One of our most recent projects has been to prepare audio files for players going to Zambia. Follow our social media pages for exciting updates and details!

The Process

An example - Content for Children Original Biblical truths stories are written by our team of authors and then interpreters translate the scripts into various languages.

Once written translations are complete, the interpreters’ voices are recorded reading and verbally acting the stories. Finally, the recordings, along with music and sound effects, are digitally uploaded to devices. Also, these multi-track audio players are often uploaded with the complete Old and New Testaments in the respective languages!  They are then sent to children in need; such as the Native Alaskan Children in foster-care.

An example - Content for Adults - A missions conference was recorded in Africa that included English teaching and ministry segments presented to the attendees via interpreters. LCM has recently partnered with the missionaries to facilitate the editing of those discipleship training recordings to remove all the English, leaving only the Tonga language. The edited files were uploaded, with only the native language of Tonga remaining, to our solar powered audio players. These units will soon be delivered to Africa and sent to the headmen throughout Mulungwa, Luapula…area villages in southeastern Zambia!

These uniquely prepared Solar Powered Audio Players are in the process of being sent to ministries and missionaries ‘on the ground', foster care organizations, and orphanages around the world. 

God has been faithful to provide translators! We currently have original, Biblical-truths stories completed in the languages of English, Portuguese, and Russian…with translators waiting to complete Spanish, Lao, Thai, and several languages of the Philippines!

If you fluently read and write in a language other than English, and would like to translate scripts please contact LCM.  Even if you are not local to Michigan, our first step is to acquire the translated scripts and we can accomplish that via email etc.
